How much does delivery cost/ How long does delivery take?
Standard UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) is free on all Hair Republic Accessories. Delivery and all other items is as follows;
Royal Mail 2nd Class (3-5 Working Days) ; £2.95
Royal Mail 1st Class (1-2 Working Days) ; £3.95
Royal Mail Tracked (Next Day before 1pm) ; £7.95
Orders must be placed before 1pm for same day dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following day.
Local Collection from the salon is also available free of charge, you must arrange a time for collection via our social media channels to limit the amount of people in the salon at any one time.
Please note: If you place an order with both accessories and other items included in the order you will be charged the higher amount for delivery.
The shop is closed on Wednesdays & Sundays therefore your order may not be processed/ be able to collect until the following day, I do however try to fulfil your order as soon as possible.
Please allow for reasonable delays due to Covid-19. Please also bear in mind that I am a one person team and sometimes delays are inevitable during busy times.

When are your shop opening days?
Shop opening hours are Monday & Tuesday then Thursday-Saturday. Wednesdays and Sundays the shop is closed and orders may not be fulfilled or be available to collect on these days. However I do endeavour to get your item to you as soon as possible.
I have not received my item, what shall i do?
Please make sure you have given your item due time to arrive, as described on checkout. If your item has still not arrived then please contact me via social media channels below and I will endeavour to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Do also bear in mind that I am a one person team and sometimes delays are inevitable during busy times.
