Hair Extensions:

Where are you based?

I’m based in Pure Hair & Beauty, Earlestown, Newton-Le-Willows, WA12 9AX. You can find more information on our About Us Page Here.

What hair do you use?

The hair I use is my own brand; Hair Republic Deluxe. It lasts 6-12+ months with correct aftercare & maintenance. You can find out more about our hair here. I also have access to many other popular brands if preferred.

How does the booking process work?

Do I need a consultation before fitting?

Yes, A consultation appointment is always required at least 48 hours before any new fitting. This is when we will go through the best method, length, weight, colour etc. A full price cannot be given until I see your hair in person on consultation. Do you offer colouring services?

I don’t personally offer colour services as I’m too busy with extensions but I am qualified to do so and work with an amazing team of hairdressers based at the salon to offer all aspects of hair colouring and styling to clients. I also work closely with freelance hairdressers from outside of the salon and can recommend someone if preferred.

Which methods do you offer?

I currently offer the LA weave, Naked/Invisible Weave & Nano Rings. I’m trained in over 6 methods but these are the least invasive and safest for your natural hair. I don’t offer any tape/glue methods as I find those the most damaging. Your natural hair is my priority and keeping it in the best possible condition is the most important factor when wearing extensions.

How long does delivery take?

An item i want is out of stock, when will it return?

Aftercare products are restocked as quickly as possible, please contact us via social media channels to confirm exactly when this will be. Accessories are always limited edition so unfortunately, there is a possibility that the item will not be restocked. If there is something you really would like please feel free to contact me via social media and I will do my best to source it for you.

What are your shop opening days/hours?

Our shop opening days are Monday & Tuesday, then Thursday-Saturday. Wednesdays and Sundays the shop is closed and therefore your item may not be shipped until the following day however we aim to ship as quickly as possible.
