By purchasing from Hair Republic’s online store you agree to the following.
Returns/Refunds:
Due to the delicate nature of the items we sell and due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns/exchanges/refunds if the order is faulty/incorrect. We cannot accept returns for any other reason. In the event of a faulty item we must be made aware via social media channels within 5 days of you receiving your order that the item is faulty. If the item is faulty we will endeavour to replace it as soon as possible, if this option is not available we will refund full or part of your order. Please be mindful that the shop is ran by a singular person, Jen (the owner) and therefore returns and refunds can take some time but we will strive to get any requests resolved as soon as possible. In the event of a return you will be asked to cover the cost and be responsible for the return and item until it is received by us. You can also return the item to the salon within 5 working days of the issue being raised. If the item is not returned/not returned before this time no refund or exchange will be issued.
Delivery
Please be aware that there may be delays during the processing and delivery of your order due to Covid-19, this is completely out of our hands at this time. We cannot return or refund any delivery costs due to your order not arriving within the specified time as all times are given as estimations. We recommend if you are in a rush for your order you contact us directly via social media and we will advise on the most suitable options for delivery before ordering. If your order has been completed/posted and you have not received it please notify us immediately. In the rare event of this happening, we must wait a reasonable time (specified by Royal Mail, dependant on delivery method chosen) before we can claim the item as lost. We will strive to come to a solution as quickly as possible.
